Shipping policy

All orders ship within the continental United States.

Shipping rate

Flat rate shipping of $15.00 per order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email info@bewellbodylabs.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
