An oral dissolving strip is a thin film that you place on your tongue and let dissolve. No water. No pills to swallow. No needles. It is gone in seconds.
Taking one
- Dry your fingertips, then take one strip from the box.
- Place it flat on your tongue.
- Let it dissolve, then swallow. That is the whole routine.
Most of our formulas are one strip a day. A few use a cycle, such as five days on and two days off, or three months on and one month off. The suggested use is printed on every box and listed on each product page.
Stacking and supply
Most people start with one formula, stay with it for a few weeks, and add a second once they know how the first sits with them. There is no rule against taking more than one, and several of ours are commonly paired. If you are unsure what to combine, email us before you order and we will talk it through.
Box counts vary by formula. A 30 count is a thirty day supply at one a day. A 20 count is a thirty day supply on a five on, two off cycle. Counts and supply are on every product page.
