Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right.

30-day window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Unopened products

Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned for a refund of the product price. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Opened products

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used oral dissolving strips. This is standard practice for ingestible products.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email info@bewellbodylabs.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us; unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return shipping

Unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
