Shipping
Flat $15 per order, however many boxes you add to the cart. There is no per-item shipping charge, so ordering three boxes costs the same to ship as ordering one.
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days after that. We ship within the United States.
You will get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second one with tracking as soon as it ships.
Returns
Unopened boxes: return within 30 days of delivery in their original sealed packaging for a refund of the product price. Original shipping is not refunded.
Opened boxes: for health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used product. This is standard for consumable supplements and it is not something we can make exceptions on.
Something wrong with your order? If a box arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, email us within 30 days and we will make it right. That is on us, not you.
